Where were you in 1979? Some of us were playing with toy soldiers or dolls, and learning the ten times tables, while others were celebrating ten in a different way as the club was ten years old in 1979. Do you recognize many of the names and faces below?

In a year when Glenroe hit the national airwaves and Eamonn Coghlan won the 5000m at the world athletic championships, a Southern Star journalist reported on an even bigger event which involved the Carrigaline division 5 mixed team.
