U11 Training Wednesdays, 18:00-19:00
U13 Training Tuesdays, 19:00-20:00
U15 Training Thursdays, 19:00-20:00
U17 Training Wednesdays, 18:30-19:30
In addition to training times a key is available to adult members allowing access to the hall 24/7.
For an additional fee of 60 euro, it is also possible for a non-member parent of a juvenile member to obtain the key to the hall to play with their child.
Additional training opportunities may be available dependent on numbers interested.

Enjoyment and Fun
Above all badminton is played for sheer enjoyment and fun. Whether its Singles, doubles, mixed doubles or other combinations!
Easy to start

Compliments other racket sports
Improves eye-ball-racket co-ordination. In particular Hurling, Camogie and Tennis which are mainly summer games, with Badminton being a mainly winter game.

Badminton is a recreational sport that provides for a large range of physical movement.
Indoors
As it’s indoors you can play badminton all year round which is a great advantage on those long dark wet and windy nights of winter
Skill development
It can improve reflexes, anticipation, balance, hand to eye coordination. All these skills can improve their ability in any sport. (e.g. hurling & camogie). Matches are generally fixed so as not to clash with other sports.
24-7 Access
Carrigaline has three dedicated courts. Members get keys which give access to the courts 24-7

It’s a social game for people of all ages and facilitates a great way of meeting other like minded people.

By joining a team players can play in well organised and highly competitive leagues in Cork that cater for all levels of play. The club also holds internal competitions for those wishing to test their skills against fellow members.
